The idea that companies should embrace its social responsibilities and not be solely focused on maximizing profits is a trend that Navago Machine Components have grown accustomed to. Social responsibility entails developing business with a positive relationship to the society which they operate in, and here at Navago Machine Components we have done just that.

Navago machine Components have invested its own private funds to establish an in-house training centre. To date, just short of 1 000 previously unemployed community members were trained at Navago Machine Components.

Their training was centred on specific machine and tooling related skills such as operating power tools, milling, grinding, welding, fabrications, turning and CNC Operation. With the need for more female artisans, we have proudly recruited Female Trainees and have started grooming them into future tool jig and die makers.
